Busy, busy, busy, love the fall as there is so much fun with pumpkins, Halloween, and getting ready for the holidays! Important not to overdo, as all this added stress is hard on you, and your loved ones! If necessary simplify! No time to carve pumpkins? Try painting them instead!
And remember to breathe! Take a mental health break by doing 4 square breathing: Breathe in through your nose to the count of four, hold to the count of four, exhale slowly through your mouth to the count of four. Do this four times, four times a day!
